Neither of which is in place for domain names being unlawfully taken
away from domain name holders under a supralegal policy called the
UDRP, which has consistently set a higher level of protection for
trademarks and other marks than the laws of any country allow.

The UDRP needs to be completely scraped, the issues of marks
protection belongs in the courts, not in the hands of the UDRP panels.
