Just in an attempt (let's see how successful) in cutting short the 
suspicions of "secrecy", the mailing list archives for the Task Force 
are public (like the other WGs, Committees, and so on), and can be found

Of course, your comments/suggestions about the matter discussed in the 
TF are welcome, either privately or on the GA-list.
