No thanks, thats a non-started.  This would tie the assembly up in
endless votes on members, etc.  It is unnecessary and would only lead
to further disenfranchisement of the assembly members.

BTW, there is no need to forward these messages to Jeff directly.  He
gets the GA list still, he was not removed from it.  He only had his
posting rights suspended, for cause.
