I would just post a link to the IDNO archives for my response to this on the
IDNO list, but Joop has taken it upon himself to restrict access to the IDNO
Archive to IDNO members only.  So you can't view the record of the IDNO without
belonging to the IDNO list.   A rather closed way to run a "constituency." Not
to mention that he had no authority to impose such a limitation.

this claim by Joop above.
