Joe and all DNSO'ers,

  Can you give us all YOUR idea of what "Civil Discourse" is?
What might be you definition?

  I to am in favor of "Civil Discourse" rules as well.  I just believe
that they must be clearly and precisely defined.  So far I have yet
to see a precise definition of any as far as this list is concerned.
