If you want to implement Harald's rules you will need your SaA's.

I think it is not a very good idea to ask for volunteers for this job,
under the circumstances.

The very people who would volunteer, are probably the least suitable or
acceptable for the job.
Experience has shown this to be the case.  :-(

Better if you (publicly) would call on the help of respected (and quiet)
listmembers , who would then have the choice to accept or refuse.

Those who accept, could be endorsed by majority vote.

This is meant as a constructive suggestion.
