  It also seems that this "Incompetence Virus" is a very virile and
debilitating
little bug.  It has spread to nearly all of the DNSO Constituencies as most
of them are relatively inactive presently, with the exception of the IDNO.
The DNSO and the ICANN Board are terribly infected by this Virus.
