First of all, its not just Linux, secondly, you are talking about a small quick
download or a download of a megaton large distribution file like Netscape.

So it is your contention that voting should be limited to only those
willing/able to download that behemoth of a program?  

Of course, Joop would probably have to pay someone to add an ALT tag to that
page, I'm not real sure that he is capable of doing it himself.
