Dear Mr Walsh,

Especially for you and perhaps a few other GA members who do not use
standard browsers, I have added a second voting option so that nobody will
be excluded.

I had announced earlier that the Booth had been reprogrammed to take votes
from text -only browsers.
This is the case for all "list"  options such as elections.

 FOR/AGAINST votes can be polled as list options as well, and this is what
I have done now.

I hope this addresses your problem.

I take the opportunity to  encourage all members of the GA to vote and to
express suggestions for improvement of the proposed rules.
