Joe and all,

  I agree with you on these points you very nicely and kindly point out.

William seems so preoccupied with "Disruptive" behavior on the DNSO
GA list, yet practices it on the Domain Policy list.  Sorta makes one
wonder
where he really stands on that issue, doesn't it, Hummmm?  None the less

you suggestion should be well taken by William here.  Ken Stubbs could
also take a lesson here as well.
