I guess that is a matter of opinion. Successful in stopping the messages with
fraudulent headers? Yes. Successful in stopping someone whose sole purpose
for being involved in this process was to be as disruptive as possible, who has
shown this propensity on every list he has been on, and who thrives on the
disruption he creates? No, it hasn't.
