I think we should first talk about rules for acceptable posts to the ga list.
For example, no forged emails and no personal attacks.  First offense
is a private warning. Second offense is off the list for 2 weeks.  Third
offense is off the list for 3 months.  This assumes a live moderator.
We should also look into possible technical solutions, such as changes
in majordomo or sendmail, switching to listserv or lyris, or adding a filter.
