Thank you for the references, I will study them, although my French is more
than 20 years old (I will not impose my bad French on you <grin>). I
actually welcome this news, since it makes new markets available.

You have my apologies to France. My only comment is that it is amazing what
can happen in such a short time. Only last year (1998) we (MHSC) had given
up all hope of French customers because of French encryption policies. Then,
presto, the policy changes.
