Unless thay have real work to achieve. As a rule, social events come
in my agenda after working meetings where I have eitehr an interest to
defend, and idea to put forward or a role to play (representing sobody/soemthing).

Wjen flying to the other side of the world, first thigns tend to come
first: work, then work, then social events then...going back home.

Please let's not waste the collective effrots of most of us and the
costs incurred in travelling putting social events first.
