Dear Andrew,

Thank you for your clarification.

The Watchdog Committee raised several reasons
for not sending you a ballot to your new valid address.

1. It is the elector's responsibility to register with the
   correct address and to keep the address up to date in the 
   Voting Registry. 

   If we intervene in your case, with the ballot box already open, 
   it will create a precedent.
 
2. We are not allowed to guess: people register with
   one address, and that will be the one and only reference address.

   It has been pointed out that some of the GA members know
   the new, valid, email addresses of several people listed at:
   http://www.dnso.org/secretariat/rosterproblems.html
   and we do not correct those addresses on our own,
   and do not re-send the ballots to the correct ones.

We are very sorry you do not vote this time,
we are looking forward to your participation in next votes.
