I agree that we would probably not have noted it without
the subscription trouble. However, we have noted by now:

 - A subscription by "david millium" <dmillium@elysee.com>
   from ejwnt8 (193.251.178.137) at 19:29:33
 - An authorization attempt by "eric Jonvel" <ejonvel@ej.net>
   from ejwnt8 (193.251.178.137) at 19:31:52
 - A nomination attempt by "david millium" <dmillium@elysee.com>
   from ejwnt8 (193.251.178.137) at 19:37:55
 - An authorization attempt by "eee" <dmillium@elysee.com>
   on the next day, from ej-wnt11

This may or may not be "virtual reality" in the sense of your
December 1999 posting
  http://www.dnso.org/clubpublic/ga/Arc02/msg00406.html,
but I don't think it is too much to ask for an explanation.
However, if other Watchdog committee members prefer to wait and
see what happens in the next stages (acceptance and 10 or more
endorsements), I could live with that.

Best regards,
/// Alexander
