[ga-watchdog] Problem

Dear DNSO GA Member,

The following sequence of 3 e-mails was considered by the Secretariat,
in conjunction with the nomination for ICANN Board position of 
Eric Jonvel by David Millium.

The nomination get stopped as BOUNCE because the e-mail address
of the nominator was NOT member to any DNSO mailing list 
at the time the nomination did arrived.

I would be grateful you could clarify what happen in the attached
3 e-mails.
