It gets even more curious. The nomination by
David Millium had the following mail header:

Kent Crispin kindly dug out a mail header for me
from a posting by Eric Jonvel to WG-Review in January:

It looks like both were sent from the same machine (ejwnt8 --
Eric Jonvel Windows NT?).

I would therefore recommend not accepting the nomination
until the situation is clarified.
