[ga-watchdog] DNSO's ICANN Board Seat Election

Dear Watchdog Group:

Did the DNSO determine whether each of the nominees' endorsers is a member
of the GA; i.e., subscribed to the GA-ga or GA-announce lists; subscribed
to a working group list; or a Names Council member; or a member of a DNSO
Constituency?  As you know, GA membership was required for each endorser,
and each nominee was required to have 10 endorsements from GA members in
order to participate in the election.  Thank you very much.
