  I have also noticed this as well.  I have also heard this concern
from a number of others as well.  However given ICANN's recent
budget there should be enough $$ to hire the necessary personal,
as well as for training to address this possibly problem if the ICANN
BoD will reduce their suggested salaries a bit...
