I believe Mr. Williams understates the numbers.  But we at Hi-Tek are very
pleased that ICANN has been short sighted in recognizing this most important
factor and will exploit SB2SB internet usage as a means of bringing the power of
the internet to the people where it belongs. It is too late for ICANN to compete
in this most important reality.
