[ga-icann] Geographical Zones

From the voter list of Wed, 29 Aug, 2001, which shows
443 registered voters, here's the geographical distribution:
Tonight I'll break those up into the existing and also some
proposed geographical divisions, to see how they come out.
If history shows anything, it shows that geopolitical lines
drawn on maps may have little to do with reality, and it
will be interesting here to see how the "representation"
squares not with those "active" on the GA list, as Elisabeth
had suggested (but that being a difficult thing to define),
but rather those who have at least registered to vote for
which these hard data are available.
