[ga] Question about .info Sunrise names challenged at WIPO and transferred to possible non-Trademark holders
Title: Help Can anyone tell me what is the status of .info Sunrise names successfully
challenged through WIPO (before the Afilias mass-challenge) and now transferred
to the person who challenged?
In particular, where individuals challenged quite a large number of names
(and some people might wonder if they "really" had any Trademark rights to those
names)...
Is Afilias planning to take any action about these names? If so, and any
names are confiscated, how does it propose to release those names to the
public?
Why has Afilias taken so long to release names which it has a duty to make
available to the public, if it is a Registry acting in the interests of the
public?

I'm not making any allegations, I'm interested to know the status of these names
and Afilias's intentions with regard to them:
