[ga] FYI: Vote information forwarded

The results of the GA vote on the two motions has been
forwarded to the DNSO Names Council, the ICANN President,
the GAC Chairman and Secretariat and the US DoC (to the 
Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications and 
Information).

I hope the discussion about the vote itself can come
to an end soon -- let's focus on the reform itself
and on the other issues like Whois, deletion policies,
WLS.
