I 100% disagree with WXW on his challenge.

I 100% agree with WXW on his insistence on some responsibility by the
chair.

Scope of the GAs' policy suggestions is critical.  Mission creep is
horrible and wrong.

I do not believe this vote is mission creep.  But TR running and putting
his head in the sand or somewhere else is deplorable.
