[ga] James Loves motion for rebid - Ballot is overdue (may 10th was the date)

All assembly members,

  James Loves Motion for rebid and many requests for a ballot is
overdue.  Thomas Rossler the Chair promised that it there were
10 supporters for such a motion it a ballot would be provided.
The Tally stands at 18 in favor and 8 against.  Hence there is
sufficient support for a ballot to be issued.

  ALexander Svensson has offered a confusing  but much different
version of Jamie's motion that does NOT include the rebid language...
