Let keep cool. I see no reason why the NC would not forward that request 
through the BoD. Not necessarily as a request for a rebid first, but for a 
review before the renewal of an agreement which should have been terminated 
2 years ago and that the ICANN says it cannot totally fullfil. That request 
even seems a necessity to clarify the situation displayed on wecann.com
