  Except for some posters and except for some lists, ect., ect...
Hence the GA ML is misconfigured as has been pointed out
time and time again...

  Either that information is documented clearly, or the ML is
misconfigured.

  This is not a solution that is efficient to peoples time, the use of
bandwidth, or and effective and open method of communicating.
Hence it is a poor method [Period].
