Don and all assembly members,

Yeah, that was my thought too Don.  A 40% increase in a single year!???
I wonder how long these type of increases will be forthcoming?  It
would seem to me that such increases would price most current
stakeholders right out of the Internet all together.  That would also
seem to me to be very bad for ecommerce business as well...
