  Yes I just responded to it on the terrible Web Mail for
ICANNATLARGE.COM.  I responded as follows:
I think this is a good idea.  I hope everyone understands
that such a vote has no relevance to the ICANN BOD
and especially none to Stuart Lynn, and that such a vote
could have ramifications.  But I am for it anyway..
