I'd be concerned about the use of the membership list that Joop is
compiling as well.

He was in charge of maintaining the membership list in the IDNO as
well, and when he was removed from that roll by the members, he has
steadfastly refused to provide that membership list to the newly
elected membership committee, despite repeated requests.

He always seems to say he does not have the time to do it....how hard
is it to email a single file as an attachment?

So consider yourselves forewarned, if the group tries to get its
independence from him, expect him to obstruct it with every means at
his disposal, including the list of members and their contact data.
