Philip and all assembly members,

  So than are you saying that the posting rules are currently being adapted
to allow for certain individuals to post to the NC list and not others?
Are you sure you are not really meaning to be citing  Section C paragraph 4?
Please advise.  If so, than is there any criterion established to make
such allowneces?  If not, what part of  Section C paragraph 1
are you referring to specifically as it would seem that  Section C paragraph 1
does not apply in that a number of other individual participants that
do not meet the criterion of  Section C paragraph 1 have been
able to post to the NC list.
