  Yes Merilyn, you understand correctly.  Of course you could have
determined this for yourself, should you care to do your homework
independantly.  You should or would haved noticed, that I have
posted to the DNSO GA, several postings from the "Posion" list
amongst other IETF ML forums and WG's lists that I participate
on currently, had you been paying adaquate attention.
