  Yes Dan is an attorney.  I am not sure that has any relevance however.
I do believe that Dan ia s good choice.  Maybe not the best choice, but
a good one.  Best of luck Dan!

  I also share some of Sotiris's concerns as well.  So Dan, you are under
the microscope.
