[ga] ccTLDs, multilingualism and Finance

Who bought off the multilingual group and got them to go away.

The fact of not having our documents translated into at least Spanish
and French and one Asian language is disgusting.  This alone entitles
the ccTLDs to break away.

I am sickened by the bigotry and arrogance that allows this to occur and
am saddened by the AmerICANN that promotes it.

On behalf of the ignorant US dot commoners that allow this to occur I
apologize to our brothers and sisters throughout the world.
