Sotiris and all assembly members,

  I am in strong agreement with sotiris here in that new members in the
GA would be a welcome addition and likely a fresh contribution as well.
However in that the GA has seemingly turned itself into a "Club" of late
and has almost always been one for that matter, new members are routinely
turned away.  Several of our members for example have not been
able to subscribe or shortly after joining have been accused of all sorts
of silly things and were permanently banned (CENSORED) as a result.

  Given that this attitude has not been fairly wide spread from a number
of our [INEGroup] members, the DNSO GA is circumspect as a result.
