We are discussing a great deal of matters that will have huge implications for
any Individuals group.

I have come to the conclusion that we need to form a constituency including
Iindividual Domain Name Holders and that from that non-holders may they form
another constituency just called *users* and that this will work providing no
evolutionary interference.

Yes a huge provision.
