AOL Time Warner today asked the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to approve
its three nominees for providing unaffiliated Internet access over the
company's high-speed networks.
In a filing with the FTC today, AOL Time Warner formally named Juno Online
Services, Earthlink , and High Speed Access Corp. as the three independent
Internet service providers (ISPs) who would offer Web access over its
networks.
