[ga] Yesterday afternoon list problem

Yesterday afternoon, after some system upgrade on the dnso.org,
a problem arrised with mailling lists - corrected in the evening,
when analysing logs.

We apologize for inconvinience.

NB. The above problem, which happened yesterday, is not related
    to  an _apparent__list_problem_, with similar symptoms.
    Several people with multiple email addresses post from any of them,
    but not _all_ of that messages get to the list - when you do not 
    post from the one subscribed to the mailing list, your message 
    get bounced, does not show, and you may think there is mailling 
    list problem.
