Why?  what's wrong with this list?  Rather than sitting around waiting with you,
shouldn't the Chair and alt-Chair of this List set some kind of timeline and
agenda in motion?  Why must there be new lists for discussion to take place?  I
really cannot understand that...  What exactly would be the problem if a
schedule for discussion was set in motion on this List, and continued on each
new List, when and *if* they come into being?  Or, are we all just waiting for
Godot?  what's the holdup?
