Dear Mr. Younger;

This post is a fine example of the problems with the rules in place.  Your first
citation leads us to the rules you have cited very nicely.  Upon reviewing these
rules one finds all in order except that there is no mechanism to obtain a vote
of the GA for the removal of a monitor. It also does not state what type of
majority vote. So I guess we can assume that I may call for a vote right now to
remove Mr. Corliss as a list monitor, due to obvious conflict of interest, and
if 11 of us vote and 6 say remove he will be removed.  IN CASE THERE IS
CONFUSION I NOW CALL FOR THAT VOTE.
