  Believe it or not there are many.  To many to list.  However regardless
of that, to prevent speculation in Domain Names is, 1.) Not preventable,
realistically, 2.) Inconsistent with time honored business practice's of
various other industries, and 3.) and inappropriate goal or action(s)
as speculation is already happening presently and thereby dictating
a business model that is in no way illegal.

  Yes.  And a point that I had suggested originally the last time this
subject area was under discussion.  (See DNSO GA and Domain Policy
ML archives for further references).
