Joanna and all remaining assembly members,

  It would seem obvious even to the casual observer that J. Weimberg's
withdrawal at this late stage is a possible prelude to having yet another
election (Given that he wins of course), and thereby prolonging Harald
and Roberto's tenure.  It may also be, a ploy to insure that a IPC
favorable candidate is assured to win the election...

  In any case, this withdrawal by Jon, should be a good reason for NOT
voting for him and thereby assuring that the proper candidates are elected.
