RE: [ga] Updated ICANN site

Yes, it's especially frustrating that only certain changes are noted on
the front page - and not always in date order, either.

One of the goals of ICANNWatch (and the ICANNBlog, I'm sure) is to fill
this gap - but I'd be happy to have less to do).
