Dear Marlin Kade,
this is an example of the idea behind changing the .org charter. Let 
suppose that Bush would consider to  introduce a Sex Equality Bill giving 
female naming responsibility to a non profit organization selected by 
Charlton Heston with a charter to change every female's name in a strong 
male name.
Would you want to read the proposed piece of legislation before commenting 
on it or oppose?
