Unfortunately the e-mail processor that automatically counts the ballots is 
less smart than the average brain on this list ;>) and may therefore discard 
ballots that are not compliant with the template.

As the recent events in Florida have shown ;>) it is better to make sure 
that the ballot follows the rules rather than to have controversial manual 
recounts afterwards.
