Re: [ga] [ADMIN] Suspension of William X. Walsh

Kristy and all,

Normally I would agree with you here as well as your conclusion.
But let us not forget that the "moderator" of this list is not one of the
GA's choosing, nor are the "List Rules". They are illegitimate. As such
any such consequent actions are very questionable. As you know
I am definitely NOT a fan of WXW, however given the history of the
DNSO GA and especially the Chair and Co-Chair's SELECTIVE
CENSORSHIP practices I cannot abide by this "Suspension" or
William X. Walsh.

IF the DNSO GA is to ever be broadly considered to be a legitimate
organization (Supporting Organization of ICANN) than it must demonstrate
open and inclusive discourse. Currently it does not do so. If personal
preference comes before this organizations creditability then it is lost
unless or until that mindset is changed or the GA decides to replace
the current Rules for this ML and it's moderators/chair/co-chair, ect...
Otherwise the integrity of the DNSO and the DNSO GA in particular
is in a serious or dubious position.
