Your proposition and what Harald said do not match. Your proposition makes no note of:

Where as your proposition puts it in such a light that they will do a full term. There is a large diference in the stated proposition and what Harald said. The following proposition takes that into account. Are you still in accord with what Harald said?
Proposition:
The mechanism for replacing the four unelected directors if those seats be vacated, now, should be the appointment of the second place finishers in the four regions with the highest number of members--Asia, Europe, North America, and South America. This term will be for the time it takes to hold a single-slate election carried out over the whole world.

That qualification is consistent with the proposition as stated and acceptable
