Patrick, I've never applied for that constituency, but have done
extensive recruitment on ISP lists for people to join it. I have
later received numerous emails from people who have encounted
obstacles and non-responses to their queries on joining the
constituency. As a matter of fact, for the longest time the email
address to write to for joining was non-existent.

Perhaps, since you claim to be a member of said constituency, you
could endeavor to help them better define their new membership
process?
