[ga-full] Recent news concerning ICANN membership

All assembly remaining assembly members,

  It seems that there is growing disillusionment with ICANN and
'it's membership formation.

  Given some of the actions on the part of the NC, and the questionable
positions of Harald and Roberto, this article does not seem overly
surprising, but yet does emphasize the growing concern in the Internet
community.
